One of our clients was originally a menswear retailer whose first shop opened in 1916. Sven Gulin stood above the door, and the shop soon grew to a nationwide clothing chain.

In 1988 the chain was sold to another major Swedish chain, ICA. But the business still owned real estate – the foundations of what is now Gulins Fastigheter. When our client contacted us he saw a powerful brand before him.
